My office hours are Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00. I usually reply to emails the same day.

It’s really useful if, when you contact me, you give me as much information as you can about the work that you need doing, such as details of the following:

  • the date when the work needs completing
  • when you plan to send the work to me
  • the subject area of the work
  • how many words the document contains
  • the type of document that you are working on, e.g. a book, a report or a grant application
  • the format of the document you are working on.

Alternatively, if the document is ready, you can just send it to me via (because you can’t attach a document to the contact form below) and I’ll take a look.
